Bird Watching

I am a keen birder and keep a list of everything I see on our travels. As an explanation for this behaviour, I can only say that as a hobby, birding is something that can be done everywhere. there is always something to see. There are approximately 10,600 species of bird in the world, of which just over 600 have been seen in the UK at some point.

These are my current records as of September 2017. The most recent additions to world list come from Papua New Guinea and Barbados, plus a Spotted Crake in the UK.
